"My husband and I were looking to switch to a new insurance company, and we had the pleasure of speaking with Diana and Christina. Within hours, Rene and Christina reached out to both of us to provide a quote. They were incredibly patient, especially since my iPhone now turns off notifications for numbers that aren’t saved. They took the time to text both of us to ensure we received the quote. In the past, other companies have only communicated with my husband, assuming he was the sole decision-maker since he would be the one paying. However, Diana and her team went above and beyond in their customer service, treating both of us equally. Their quick responses and attentiveness truly made a difference!"

"I just spoke with a woman who claimed to be the “office manager” today simply asking as to why my name is not listed on the physical auto insurance cards, as my 76 year old grandfather who is the policyholder was not informed of the new “system changes” that reflect my name not being shown. I was met with her being extremely rude from the get-go when she asked for my name, then her asking, “Do you even have State Farm?”. I mentioned I was not a policyholder, but rather a driver. She said next time I should give my grandfather’s name before mine. How was I supposed to know that if I was asked for my name? She then tried to list me as a policyholder, which I did not ask for, stating, “at this time, the cost doesn’t change, but I would need your grandfather’s permission to add you”. I mentioned that I do not live in the same city as my grandfather for the time-being, as I am in college, and I was cut off by her saying that only drivers who live with the policyholder can be on the insurance policy, as if she were threatening me. Then she followed the conversation stating, “I’m not even supposed to be talking to you” numerous times when I asked if the policy is current/needs to be paid. I don’t understand how as of March 27th I was able to call to remove my former vehicle and add on a new one I had purchased while speaking with a different agent without any hassle, and now I am getting disrespected for asking two simple questions. I am not really sure what her day has been like before speaking with me, but this has been such an awful experience. I hope that whoever is in charge of staffing operations reviews the email and phone conversations had with customers, because this can cause people who have been with State Farm for years want to cancel."
